Dishwashers:
Are we replacing an old dishwasher? (RE/RE)

  • If no, is there an electrical connection going to or below the opening?
  • Is there a water valve below the sink?
  • Is there a drain connection in the cabinet below the sink?
  • Is there a 24” wide opening for the dishwasher?
  • If you answered yes to the above 4 questions, you have a builder rough-in (R/I).

If you answered no to one or all of the questions, you will require a completely new installation (NEW).
Is your dishwasher being installed beside the sink or is it a few cabinets away on an L shape or a 45°angle?
Refrigerators:
Are we replacing an old refrigerator? (RE/RE)

  • If no, has your home builder outfitted your house with a ¼” valve with proper water line to the fridge? (R/I)
  • If no, is your basement unfinished, with no obstructions to household plumbing ?(NEW)
  • If no, please contact the sales office for further qualification. (CUSTOM)


Over the Range Microwaves:
Are we replacing an old microwave? (RE/RE)

  • If no, are we replacing a standard hood fan? (NEW)
  • If no, has your builder provided you with a 120volt receptacle above your opening? (R/I)

Gas Appliances:
Are we replacing an existing gas appliance? (RE/RE)

  • For gas cooktops or slide-in ranges, is the countertop cut in the proper dimensions?
  • If no, has your home builder brought a gas line to the location of the appliance? (R/I)
  • If no, is your basement unfinished with no obstructions from the furnace area to the location of the new appliance? (NEW)
  • If no, please contact the sales office for further qualification. (CUSTOM)

Washers And Electric Dryers:
Are we replacing a washer, dryer or both?
Are we stacking the dryer on-top of the washer?
Are we installing pedestals for the washer and dryer?
Do you require your dryer to be side vented?

For All Built-In Appliances:
Dimensions of products must be confirmed with all cutouts in cabinetry.
All electrical requirements must be confirmed and present at location of appliance. (Eg. Built-in wall oven or electric cooktop)
